Money, Explained (Netflix limited series)

Pretty good docu-series on Netflix. Each episode covers a different subject like credit cards, gambling, retirement, etc. A lot of good, easy to understand info, but with a tad too much virtue signaling in my opinion. I've watched all the episodes except for the one on student loans since I don't have any and I don't want to listen to a bunch of people crying about not being able to pay back a loan they took out to get their art history degree.

As a film major I can confidently say it wasn't worth 280k over 4 years 🤣 but hindsight is 20-20

It's...okay. I think for the more financially literate it's going to be a waste of time. But if you're just trying to wrap your head around money, it's a good thing to pay attention to. I also recommend that everyone watches a few seasons of American Greed when they start to earn so they don't get railroaded by some scheme.

I agree with your comment - I wouldn't say I learned a whole heck of a lot about money necessarily, but I do like the historical component of the show. Episode 2 about credit cards should be shown in every high school in America.
