MongoDB is said to be in the top ten when it comes to AE comp.

Seems it takes a bit to ramp up your accounts and get going but otherwise good company so I would also negotiate for good accounts
Have you had success with negotiating for territory/specific accounts? I’m still at the company I started in sales as an SDR at so no clue how to navigate external AE hiring processes.
I don’t know much about MongoDB’s actual sales culture, but just about every one of my ex-colleagues (all SDRs) at a previous company are all Enterprise AE’s at Mongo with zero actual experience.
