In these type of scenarios it's important to comunicated "hey I'm not going but meeting still live"ย

Foreseeing a problem occurring and suggesting how to fix it before it happens, then months down the line the problem happens and you get shit on for 'Not bringing it up ages ago'. Pisses you off, but just speak in a professional manner that you did however the idea/opinion wasn't listened to. Annoyingly, this happens way more in businesses than it should.ย 
It's almost like when your boss tells you to do something which you know is a shit way of doing your job, so you do it, then get told off for not bringing anything in...bad management though ay.ย

Managers who are too cowardly to address a situation themselves so instead delegate uninvolved people to deliver bad/awkward news are the worst.ย 

I don't really have a way to deal with it other than rolling my eyes and hoping I work for someone with balls in my next role. Some people just aren't meant for leadership roles.
