Acted like he knew better than everyone around him immediately

We have a conversation intelligence tool so everyone can listen to everyone’s calls. But our newest rep insists on joining my calls and constantly slacks me to say this and that. It’s annoying, disturbing and I don’t need it.

I have to say I don’t find that annoying as it’s clearly the way they learn best. I find that joining a live call gives me a lot more insight when I’m new than a Gong recording. Both are valuable, really. But I get you’re busy trying to close out deals.

Joining calls is cool by me. If I’m new and this is how I learn best, I’d join and let the other person do their job while I observe and learn, ask questions or pass suggestions AFTER the call. My bigger pickle is them messaging on slack or zoom chat about how I could handle a conversation. Sigh
