Most effective follow up Text of all time

I work in the real estate vertical mainly interacting with homeowners, landlords, flippers, and investors. People get busy and are constantly barraged by cold calls from extended car warranty to health insurance deadlines and the old ringless voicemail gimmick is tacky and impersonal. So it's hard to stick out from the pack and make a real connection with someone...

Prospects and leads may text, and that text is usually some variation of "Fuck off" - "Kill yourself" - "Not Interested" - "Who's this?" in response to a call & voicemail or just a call to their phone. But once a prospect is converted and there's rapport built obviously it's game on, let's keep it going Bill I want that house you got / I want to give you the software to find more off-market deals.

When Bill ghosts after a while, the best and most effective text I've been able send is ....wait for it.... "Hey"

So Simple, yet so inviting.

No marketing, mayo isn't an MQL
For the follow-up txt do you go 'Heyy' or straight to 'Heyyy'?

In all seriousness, if it works, it works! Earn that bag.ย

Cool. In SaaS I try to stay away from text but yes in the business you're in, it might make a lot of senseย

โ€œDid you get my message?โ€ passive aggressive and they always answer haha

I will not respond to anyone who starts a message with just โ€œHeyโ€ - in text, company messaging, etc. Itโ€™s a rude, unwelcome attention getter that I will ignore until there is context.
BUT if it works for you, go for it.
