Great question, Individualization is about that 1 individual and something you know about them, their goals, challenges or overall life (relevant to your call) that is unique to THEM and just the "Persona".

I would personally try to squeeze a nice joke on the message, also try to build a little rapport by asking about his/her life, if its first contact, not going directly to sell him/her something to avoid forcing the the sale
