I find pipe review to be very helpful if done right. It's a time where people talk about all their opps then the entire org (small team) can help brainstorm on how to close it.

I love 1:1's with my reps - it allows us to get a better understanding of how they handled prospects, and more importantly gives them an opportunity to learn pipeline management.

We attend a "best practice" meeting every week.  Collaboration on what works, what people are seeing in the market, what not to do...

It's a good use of time.

Kick off each week with a rep call just saying what's hot in the street and anything working. Think its productive as its relevant to helping us do our day to day. Going over my pipeline or forecast just to review the information that is already entered is a time suck.

I always enjoyed team meetings, especially now that I am remote - I feel like it connects me to the team as a whole, as well as keep in the loop on what's happening and the why behind what's happening.

Agreed. I have to give credit to my VP, he has been so intentional about using the first few minutes of each team meeting call to keep everyone connected - asking about weekends, kids, etc. It's helped to sustain our culture even as we are still WFH.

I have always found that 1 on 1 meetings with my rep or leader are extremely helpful. This time allows me to ask questions, get feedback, and see how I can improve for the next week.
