Hi All! I’m currently AE but interviewing for a director level partner role. It seems like a good fit but the interview process has been pretty knarly.
The final stage (if I get there) is doing a presentation on how I’d go about building a territory plan to build pipeline through partners. Think Cloud platforms and SI’s. How to prioritize target accounts, how to find the partners working with them, and how to convince them to engage.
I feel like I know how I’d go about it but would love to get feedback from some seasoned sales folks.
