Should have mentioned that - every one of our sales reps has left to various competitors, the place i’d be going to actually has a rep that I worked with for a while back in my SDR days.

pretty sure non compete / non solicit won’t be a problem but, I will keep that in mind.

thanks Goose

You should always put yourself in your best interest than the company you work for.

There’s almost no need to show loyalty unless you have equity. Find money. Act like your favorite free agent who leaves your team and hunts their money.

No, you shouldn’t feel bad people literally do this every day.

Straight up - fuck no, do what you have to do. That being said... it will get old quickly and if calling on the same clients/verticals it makes for a weird introduction "Remember all the good things I said about XYX and he bad things about ABC - scrap that".

Find a new challenge and kill it dude!

Do you like your current role/company? Have you tried asking for a raise, with market data that proves you are worth more? Don't say you got an offer or you're interviewing with XYZ...just toss some numbers out there.

Call me what you want, just sign the damn contract
Assuming you've done the due diligence on everything else, this seems like a no-brainer. Make the move.

I love the idea. I threw a headshot in my Resume in order to try and stand out. Good luck I hope you get the job!

I wouldn't change the colors on your resume from the traditional black and white. Keep the resume concise and relevant and focus on writing a personalized cover letter that outlines why you're a good fit for the job and why you're interested in working for that company.
