Multi-threading training?

Does anyone know of a good 3rd party to get training on how to multi-thread into accounts and open opps?


Free webinars or guidebooks or anything like that?


I've tried Googling but have no way of knowing if what comes up is any good. LI search isn't helpful.


Bonus points if it emphasizes doing so with inbound opps.

It’s a term from enterprise selling meaning you connect with folks from several departments to gain their buy in on your solution. The more people expressing need & interest, the easier it is to sell to decision makers. It also applies to people who get the deal done like procurement, IT and finance who all play key roles. Having relationships there keeps the deal moving forward.

That's what I figured it was; I've never heard that term specifically.

There’s that too. Account/people mapping is essentially a matrix of the players involved, both within and externally. There’s roles & also dispositions (if possible to determine) so you know how to address each. They generally work together as a part of the overall account plan. You create the map and then use it to conduct your hyperthreading efforts.

I’d be curious as well. I know the concept and it’s advantages, but I’d like to see a webinar or a YouTube series of someone performing this successfully over X amount of time selling into an Enterprise market regardless of vertical(s).

John Barrows recently did a webinar on team selling that was pretty awesome, what got me wondering if there was anything comparable for multi-threading. Found a couple guides like Chadilac linked up here but nothing as involved as a webinar.
