Multiple Decisions to make

On final discussions with 4 companies

Company A - Remote - Strat Enterprise 290k OTE , Unlimited PTO, Free health care, Accelerators and uncapped commission, Market leader in what they do and a highly recognizable brand, Public

Company B - Remote - Enterprise in TOLA - 32 days PTO unlimited sick - 280k OTE - Free Health , #1 company that does dev and copy and paste for those guys, series D

Company C - Enterprise Remote - 260k - Unlimited PTO, Series B , never been in the industry for this tech but seems like a lot of fun

Company D - Remote - Austin based 230k OTE - Mid Market, opportunity to grow into sales leadership, Unlimited PTO, Free Health, #1 for SQL style services of living DATA

I am weighing options out, this is the skinny. Not trying to base off comp only. I am thinking Company A is my #1, Company D is my #2, Company C as #3, and the Company B as #4

What are the bases? OTE can be 500k but have 1% hit quota

Another thought, I would say I do prefer 32 days of PTO compared to unlimited. I feel like its rare to not run into issues in sales using pto in an unlimited policy.

All are 50/50 splits. Its interesting too because if you leave PTO is paid out and unlimited stops that

Why do you have Company D ranked second when its the lowest pay?

More out of curiosity, is it the company/team?

Looks like 4 solid offerings for sure. At first I thought you had them ranked in preference order, but it looks like B&D are swapped. If you're looking at D as your #2 when it has the lowest salary, is that because of the opportunity to grow into sales leadership? I wouldn't take a $70K OTE cut on that chance, to be honest. You should get the opportunity at any of the companies if it's of interest downroad and you excel. I'd definitely go with A.

Good luck, and congratulations on getting to this point.

I would lean towards A. D being second is interesting, is it location that makes it the most appealing or the potential for leadership?

Do what's best for you. Make sure you don't have to move to the area even if the jobs say remote. Fine print will get ya.

Man, sounds like you have dealt yourself a solid hand to play with. If it comes down to security and predictability, I would go with A because they are leading their sector. If you are wanting the new โ€œthrillโ€ then I would say D.

I agree with your ranking @Dallas_Knight - for all of these do you get to talk to reps?
