My AEs gave me greenlight to prospect into any of 2,500 accounts on my patch !!!

My AEs gave me greenlight to prospect into any account (I am a BDR).

I have 2,500 accounts across industries all 500+ employees.

How would you prioritize?

I can literally do anything I want, they're super low in pipe!

Structure as has been mentioned.

What's your ICP? Create a tiering system around that.

Tier 1  - big fucking chunky boys - take time and personalise the shit out of them.

Tier 2 - people that fit your core prop - ensure the messaging is relevant to their title/role - I tend to bucket these guys

Tier 3 - Trash tier - fire and forget these guys easy sequence that is relevant if they have the pain point but don't focus on them,

Your mileage may vary.

Check-in with you AE as well, Is the ICP you know actually where he's seeing results? Worth seeing who's actually closing deals. If he's happy you get a big boost in the org.

That’s great news, but please do have a plan of attack - industry by industry specific before you get excited and saturate them all! Maybe figure out what route is working best on a few industries then keep trialling and testing different templates and sales lingo with them all - track what you are doing and the outcomes as well.

don't burn them. Sort them in some capacity and reach out to them based on how you sort them

How do they all fit your ICP? Prioritize the ones you have that fit the mould most.

Yeah prioritize based on ICP: industry, size of company, geo. If you have access to things like financial health in any way, any form of buyer intent. Technographics if you have it and it's relevant.

Then within these accounts prioritize based on recent events/triggers: funding, projects/initiatives, executive changes, hiring sprees.

Then within these, I'd priortize your ideal persona for contact level outreach, particularly ones that you have direct dials for.

Lhatem,

Take a look at the SaaS Alerts System I put together for the War Room and build yourself a Command Center with a lot of alerting on these accounts.

Human Capital Movement or Tool Buying usually means they're looking to adopt new solutions.

Keep this in mind.

SaaS is also bought on impact via emotional to the person buying it.  Make sure you go in with a provocative approach.

I also would find ways to automate everything, even if it just gets your name out there into these groups.  Share content to them all while you're sleeping on automation.

Ignore all the LinkedIn people saying don't automate.  They're lying, it's a good idea.

I'm automating just about everything now.

First website... crunchbase... look for signals... look for patterns, use my SaaS Alerts to get going.

Upload your lists into ZoomInfo and then use intent data.

Focus on signal scores of 60-75 - companies are experiencing problems and early in their buying journey.

This is a good time to engage in conversation regarding your solution.

The bigger audience score (3+ people) means there are multiple departments.

Click on the intent, get a feel for what department. Within the Org tab in ZI, switch to whatever department is making the signal and just export them and launch them into sequences.

Edit the sequences a little bit saying "I saw your company was looking into X."

This is a trick I picked up to tailor my emails at scale.

This sounds like a nightmare and makes me uneasy just thinking about the task of managing 2,500 cold outreach cadences.
