My KPI’s are TOO DAMN HIGH... help

In a F2F role during COVID. I’m lying about my meeting metrics and so are all the other reps in order to hit the KPI’s set my upper management. I’m scared to continue fudging the numbers and also scared to stand up and push back on unrealistic F2F KPI’s during a pandemic.

What should I do?

Better being transparent and say it outright as a team for better understanding to upper management
So that something actionable can be done to limit damage

Call me what you want, just sign the damn contract

Man, I'd be looking to go somewhere else. It sounds like this might be high-volume, very transactional. I'd try to go somewhere more strategic. The pay-days in big enterprise are also way better.
