My latest prospecting text so far 100% responses

Hey guys,

It's been a while and I wanted to share some success in prospecting. That has been working for me as of late over linkedin when adding a note to connecting.

Below is the template, i almost always have a response either with help/ guidance to the right person or straight up feedback.

Hello [prospect]

I recently heard about [company] and wanted to explore with you whether you'd be interested to partner with [company I work for] using our [product(s)] that can be used by you [give small example of how it works]?

Are you thinking about this or is it far fetched?

Love the closer, but the "I recently heard about [company]" opener strikes me as a little odd. What if you're selling to a 150 year old company?

Good point, you can adjust this I usually target startups, mobile apps, and that field who just got big funds as of late.
I suggest if you want to use the recently i heard line, make it about something you read on the news. Usually my engagements are post hearing about them on podcasts or reading over news.

100% - not quite sure how to do it. We can wait for the DM feature or a quick IG tag so we can add each other and then jump to LinkedIn? Down for it if you are.

I really like the last line. I also get these a lot, and I am 100% not the person to talk to. If I’m grumpy at the person who is, I’ll give out their info. Otherwise it’s not really my decision or problem. How targeted is your outreach?

Really like this for cold outreach! Out of curiosity, do you target this toward every level (c-level, office manager, etc)?

Well, my target audience are C suite who in this particular case have shared with me the emails of their Product Managers or CTOs and have blessed the conversation with tell them you got their email through me...
My buyers are usually either product, marketing, and customer success...all have a different use for product.

I like this. I usually take the softer note approach of "we help out X companies in Y space with Z, since we're in the same space let's connect." I'm going to try out this more direct approach and see where it goes!

Are you saying that people accept the request and respond back? Or are you then messaging afterwards? If so, what kind of follow up messaging are you sending?

Mostly accept and respond back. Im limited with the "note" character limit of 360. Usually we have a small convo ending with their email and scheduled meeting.

The more senior you get, the shorter the emails. I like this length for top of funnel, to senior execs.

Great script - I like the power word of ‘recently’ Question - I hope those 100% responses equates to actionable next steps that eventually end as cash

I would ask yourself this-

Out of the 100% responses what is the % of all who respond that turn into qualified meetings with a decision maker? You closed 0% of the 100% responses. These analytics will help you know what is working and what is not working and give you data to make changes in your prospecting.

This is where I have found the most success in maximizing revenue in less time. Ie: selling my value not my time.

Good plan will definetly add this in mind when running with this script.

For all you mail mergers out there, do you see more success emailing one DM or all DMs on a custom thread? I've noticed that putting all relevant DMs on one campaign that is 100% customized to their business has a much higher response rate (28% meeting sucess)
