"My Portfolio" Still Coming Soon?

Can someone explain the "My Portfolio" component to this group to me? I see people who have gotten badges related to it, so it appears as thought it was/is a feature. However my profile drop-down has had it greyed out since I got in and is still showing as "Coming Soon"

As of Feb they were still working on it. OG Bravado users and early War Room users had access I believe, but it was locked when they opened the flood gates.

It's the idea of "following" someone. You can add them to your portfolio I believe. Right now bravado is banging out the mobile app and then the goodies will get addressed.
