My Problem: Clients stop responding to emails, my deals take forever, or i get ghosted.

to sum this up i've been working at this particular company for about 2.5 years and have had this roll for 1.5 years -- whenever i get on a call with a client i always here the usual i love this product this sounds great, so i plan next steps for a demonstration, we do a demonstration then i try to move to pricing and i almost never here back, when i do present pricing i also rarely ever hear back, i try to follow up and get ghosted and i truly don't know where i'm going wrong.

Are you presenting pricing before understanding their buying process? How do they procure services like yours? Do they need exec sign off? When you send a proposal, send it in a meeting invite. I do that and generally get calls on the calendar to at a minimum review the proposal.ย
