Continual! Started with a cro coming in, building a team, getting fired (politics), team leaves with him, new team, new CRO that’s shit, hires and then gets laid off and the whole team he’s built either quits or is fired….
Could be entertaining if you’re not in the middle of it.

Honestly? Chalk it up to a hot head CEO. We sell to sales, he has never sold, but doesn’t trust his sales people to sell. Leaders come in with great intentions, get micromanaged and have to manage their team accordingly, leave/get fired, and their hires do so in turn…
I’ve outlasted two CROs and a VP at this point as the longest tenured AE in company history at two years. No one has ever made plan here (except one person one, one quarter)
I love the product idea and work so well with that team, given I’m their audience. My base is awesome. I’ve dealt with the BS and have sold enough to keep my job which are the two things that differentiate me from the 20+ others that have come and gone

For actual AEs, 0%. We did lose both our BDRs this year but they are stepping-stone roles. One was not a fit and left on their own accord thankfully.
That's insane. Turnover here is less than 10%, and mostly due to internal moves/promotions, not people quitting or being fired. I don't know what's going on at your company, but that sounds horrible. Good luck.
Team I just left was more than half in the span of a quarter. Sounds like yours is on another level though

Like 60% turnover here. I started with one manager and he wasn't great so a lot of people left or got fired. Then we got a new manager and he came on a little strong so more left. But he's great now and has slowed down hiring.
