that allows you to hit 185% of your number and then makes you wait a month for your territory realignment 😂

I've been at 4 companies and no matter what it's always the same BS. 

Thanks for a great year, now wait while we deliberate on territory and quota for a month or two 😂

I just want to sell stuff and it totally kills the momentum when they aren't prepared for the start of a new FY. It's like they're surprised it's q1.
