They updated the activity page, which has undoubtedly put a damper on workflow. It's is just harder to read and retrace steps. Also, everything as it pertained to your current steps and due dates, was all found in one place. Now they are separated across your screen by translucent boxes that mess with your eyes. I don't know what step I am actually looking at. The whole page is also brighter which for someone with sensitive eyes, it has not been helping me.ย

It's honestly troublesome. Like the colors and fonts don't mix well. Everything is hard to read and even if its right in front of your face, I still find myself looking for the notes or specific dates, because my eyes are not adjusting at all lolย

I now feel like I wish we never went to outreach. lol very overrated SEP. Salesloft was superior for day-to-day SDR outbound efforts. Outreach is a platform that is better suited for AE's rather than the trench fighters.
