Hey gang, how are ya?
Please check this flow out. It's very generic, but I'm using it to explain how inbound leads usually get into a SDR/BDR queue. It probably has a lot of holes, but I'm keeping it simple because I need to explain it to some people who have never ever even heard about leads (I know, hard to believe).
How can I enhance or make this flow better to explain what the process is like from capturing the lead all the way through it's delivery to a rep / closing?
