Need to close this deal by 5/28 help!

I have a deal on the table ready to sign.

10% if closed in May

7% if closed in June

Redlines done - waiting on final version from procurement.

Already pinged my champion that it needs to be done. What else can I do without losing face with the client?

Work with your leadership team to put together an executive alignment email. E.g. CEO to CEO or VP to VP poke that is very basic such as:

Hi X,

My name is [Exec Name], and I'm the CEO/VP/ at ABC Company. I wanted to quickly introduce myself and express my excitement about our potential partnership.

[Rep name] has kept me up to date on all of your conversations, but if there are any questions or items I can help tackle that would make the decision easier then please let me know.

Thanks,

How long have the redlines been done for? Did they give you any sort of timeline?

Do you have the procurement contact? Send a calendar invite. If not, did you get a commitment from your contact that they would sign this month? If yes, then asking them isn't off base. Its a slippery slope of trying to close someone on your timeline and not theirs. If they agreed then you can hold them to it.

Redlines been officially done since Friday
They committed to having the deal signed by April 30.ย  We extended the rates since we had a verbal commitment.ย ย

ask your champion if this is doable and what needs to happen to keep the timeline.
