New acquisition tension

Fellow savages I need your help. I was recruited by a company and given the opportunity to level up my OTE with promises I’d have resources and lead flow forecasted for a new hire like myself. Fast forward, not the case and the company has been acquired over a year ago with no clear alignment on strategy, vision , or branding. The product is lacking basic foundational needs regarding compliance in my space and the pricing model is so stringent where when a docusign is sent out credit card form must be completed before the order form will go out. There are a total of 4 reps and there is an obvious displacement with lead flow. I’m sitting in the double digits with our top two receiving contract values over 100k. Am I missing something where lack of foundation product function, overpromised resource and integrations on website marketed don’t work and should be taken more seriously ? What would you do if your day to day was all of the above?

Company over promised and under delivered. That’s kind of a standard. Sounds kinda miserable to be honest. I’d get that resume out there

Agreed! I can handle the lack of incentive structure but when overall the product is in a disarray and simple things like a sandbox environment doesn’t work it has become normal for those employed longer and I’m curious why no one else sees this as a priority? Thanks for your encouragement 🙃
