When the book comes out I hope we all get referenced in the foreward. Something along the lines of "for all those lost and looking for a plan without using the search function" lmao.
Great content!

(I'll throw good old Steve around again)...."Be so good they can't ignore you" -- Steve Martin ---- no seriously though, this should be the time you are over performing on EVERY metric your company has put in front of you.  This is the time where you fade in or stand out.  A few small little nuggets.

1) LI connect request to the highest person in the sales org (VP of Sales, CRO, whatever).   Within 4 weeks, FIGHT for 30 minutes on that persons calendar.

2) Master how to delay send in your email platform, in the evening when you are sitting around doing basically nothing watching Vampire Diaries, have the lappy out and delay send 15-20 solid emails to prospects.  (Target the delivery within 3 minutes of top of middle of the hour) - this tactic adds 20-25% volume to your outbound early on -- leaders notice this shit.

3) Don't reach out to successful reps in the company and ask them generic/cliche type questions like "what have you done that has made you successful" --- if you are going to reach out to other reps, have specific questions you want answered.

4) (said well by Meech below) - Connect with your support teams early!! - these people make the company GO.  You should not only know them, but have relationship with them.

good luck!
