New Comp Plan Rollout

this is the first new comp plan i have ever been a part of that actually takes real steps to help out reps. Not saying its perfect but pretty pumped about it.

Its hard to get too specific without dropping some company name hints but basically they made quotas more attainable, got rid of the godforsaken attainment goal for commission, and are offering bonuses for deals that actually pan out in the long run
