Not sure I've ever seen that kind of ratio--I'd be interested to hear back regarding how they are split and how many actually help AEs vs do outbound/marketing based tasks.

From the little bit that I know at this point it's a solid product positioned super well on both a pricing and implementation point.ย
As far as comp I only know what mine is which is 250 OTE at a 50/50 split with 70% of the current AE's on track to hit OTE

Will do, literally too new to tell. I've been introduced to the team is about as far as I've gone. Don't officially start for 2 weeks but the SDR team on Slack shows the numbers to be true
