Quick question: Is better to send an email as a new thread or as a reply when setting up sequences on hubspot?
I ask as i want to know which method is likelier for the prospec to open the mail?
For context: I recently started as a BDR at a scale-up based in London and am going to be following a training exercise where I have to setup sequences and reach out to a hypothetical logistics company. The "prospects" in this case are managers, dirextors and the CFO at my company. They'll all be playing various personas :)
