Be a sponge. Ask all the questions and don’t be afraid to dig into the why behind they’re processes. You never know what important relationship you’ll build that you can leverage later on, or what methods you can improve based on your past experiences.
Ask questions, no matter how dumb you think they are. Learn who the top performers are and stick with them.
