Since its anonymised data, no one has reason to lie one would think. 

Good q regarding whether it's just majority wins if there are outliers.

I’ve listened to a couple podcasts where their CEO was the guest. Sounded like they’re mainly focused on building out the data set for now but will be monetizing via charging companies for aggregate data, job ads, etc. It’s free for reps (individual users).
