NotInterested closed a deal for $126.9k to the Human Resources department

Man oh man, was this a pesky one. He tried to act like he wasn't going to sign because our mark up was 3% higher. He iced me for about a week. I had to go the whole 9 yards to get this one signed. My email was down for about a day, and I missed his initial email saying, "lets do the damn thing", and he thought I ignored him. Baby, I never ignore a deal, so I almost lost it again at that point, too. Hah. Due to my email being down, I printed off the agreement, went into his office, and asked him to sign it in person (which he did - problem solved). So anyway, he bluffed, I stuck to my guns, and got the deal signed.
