o.g.meister closed a deal for $68k to the Call Centre department

More than 15 months after this account was assigned to me we were able to finally bring this one home.

They were on a legacy system that was slowly dying in their hands, the trust they had in us was fading away. Step by step with fixed all their issues which led us to April 2021, when we first started to present them the new solution that obviously answered all their problems and helped them win more business or lose less customers.

In the end we had some much data on their business and their day-to-day operations that the president just simply ask for the contract asap at the end of our presentation.
