Oboy77 closed School for $9k to the Library department

The deal took about 3 months to accomplish and the client came in from a referral. This is a fairly small order for what I do (Commercial Furniture), but it exciting to be able to help out schools update their furniture needs.

I'm currently in Fintech but I used to sell those soundproof "phonebooths." Very popular for open offices and libraries! It'd be a funny coincidence - do you do the same or general commercial furniture?

It is rough. It is very competitive, especially in the Chicago market. A lot of companies are trying to order and get things before labor day. That is good, but the margins are so low because there are 30‰ of the project in the market, and everyone is vying for the same ones.

We will see another surge after labor day as well, with everyone waiting to see how the first round goes.
