Honestly, it would just be a dick move to do that. I understand there was a pretend "try to help" in this scenario, but totally didn't happen.
Iโve gotten horrendous pitches, and instead of hanging up I asked the rep if they wanted to try again. They were dripping with cortisol and needed to take a breath. I still usually say no, but they get a calm take.

It does happen but incredibly rare, one of our bdrs got coached and then she accepted the meeting anyways. Weird power move or something

You know I once thought I would look into this guys stuff - watched some of his videos etc as he is highly praised at what he does (on linkedin anyway), fuck me, all his stuff is what someone after a year of being an SDR should know anyway. Such amateur stuff yet he of course, has all the other LinkedIn people backing his up!
these guys are all part of some engagement pods I think, and most of them are jsut tired of selling, or were not that good at probably, and now they swing course :)
