What's up sales fam,
As some of you may already know based on my previous posts, I was on the market looking for a new opportunity.
You all helped me navigate through questionable hiring tactics and companies.
Finally, after refraining myself from physically assaulting recruiters, rejecting a couple of offers, and other issues...
... I finally got a great offer! Sr. SDR role (Which puts me one step closer to SDR Manager/AE compared to SDR), 70K Base, 40K commission.
Spoke with an SDR on the team and he said he made 8K in commission from attending an in-person event. Obviously not making 8k every month but he said he's been making around 3k commission, which would be 36K commission but with the in-person event he's on track to make a bit over 40K.
I was initially offered a 65K base but was able to negotiate it to 70K + Sr title.
Thank you everyone for the advice and words during this uncertain period, I was just looking for an opportunity to prove my work-ethic, relentlessness, and creativity and feel this is my chance to do so at a great company (:
