ok gang--what are the best tools to import *accounts* to salesforce

I'm pretty sure zoominfo does this, but I hate zoominfo and I'd rather use something smaller or even a one-off tool (sorry Alton Brown).

Love the new place I'm at but the current practice is to simply transcribe into a blank 'new account' profile in Salesforce directly. I don't want to spend 4 hours a week uploading 30 accounts in manually--which tools do you use for this?
