I've noticed that a lot of the newer generation, I'm talking 25 and under, prefer energy drinks to coffee; where as most individuals older than that lean towards coffee for their energy fix.
Personally, I'm a preworkout at 4am, black coffee with two shots of espresso around 8am to start the day and then another cup every 3-4 hours kind of guy.
Which is your poison and why?
