If you're looking at the best past to take during an onboarding process, please follow Big Meech's blog which there's some true GOLD in there. For that, we thank you forever and ever @CoorsKing.
What I wanted to add on from my experience so far is, the following-
- Don't bring in your history from before to the new job.
- It simply doesn't help to think you know it all because you were killing it at the other place, stop being humble and know that in this new space there are people that know how to do it better than you, FOR NOW.
- Concentrate on building a pipeline!
- Fuck up EARLY!
- Learn the skill of being adaptable.
- Set up meetings with some of the key players and also shadow and meet with the top performers, and borrow best practices!
Hope that helps y'all! 2 weeks in and already making dials and I've booked 3 meetings already!
I'm so thankful for this community, ever since I ran into it about 8 months ago, my sales game has been raised and I continue to learn from the best here. I LOVE IT.
