I’m in the process of chalking out an onboarding guide/ process for SDR’s remotely. I’m relatively new to this and trying to transition to leadership from being an AE.
Additional context: We’re a growth stage startup scaling the sales team from 1 to 4 in the next month. We use Wingman for conversation intelligence and I plan on leveraging this during the onboarding too.
I’d love to hear if any of y’all have gone through this process and how things played out.
