Generally I find the volume of shit content there is higher than here, but also the volume of quality content.ย
For some reason bravado users feel limited to 280 characters like it's Twitter, not to mention almost every thread has some back and forth of sexual innuendos by the same group of 5 users here. Funny for the first two days I was here...

Back in May I posted a thread about how there were layoffs coming in the tech industry (called it โHell is coming for paper unicornsโ or something like that) and it was the top post, but most of the comments were naysayers saying I was a โdoomerโ. I just deleted it out of frustration.
I even pointed out Lacework and how they couldnโt possibly justify their valuation and got angry DMs from Lacework people about itโฆsure enough they laid off a bunch of sales folks a couple weeks later.

Bravado is like what reddit was 10 years ago. Funnier, stupid but a different kind of stupid. We are funny stupid, /r/sales is "smell your own fart" stupid.

apologies, i wouldโve thought the audience overlap is pretty significant & given the type of platform, would attract the same crowd.
i do not have any experience with r/sales......but knowing reddit, I can only imagine what that is like.....
I see similar activity there in terms of numbers but the posts are lower in quality. A lot of try hards there too.
Never heard of it but based on these responses, not planning on wasting my time even googling it.ย
