Optimal Call Time

Curious what everyone's opinion was regarding the best time to call prospects. I have worked with people in the past who claim calling at 8:00AM - 9:00AM (prospect time) is the best time to call C-levels, but this was before COVID, and we called direct to their office phones. I personally have found the lunch hour to be a solid time to call, but I feel like WFH has made this more difficult to pinpoint.

Same. I do avoid early Monday mornings though, prospects are usually crabbier and busy dealing with urgent items for the week. I also never bother with an afternoon before a long weekend.

Definitely good school of though on the Friday afternoon thing...and before they've gotten their first cup of coffee in the early AM.

It's good to know so you can set up times that are focused on just calling. And you've got scheduled downtime where one can theoretically work on emails, videos, social media, presentations, etc.
