At our company, we got through a Sandler trainings and decided to start organising a weekly President's club where we will be practicing the methodology and sharing best practices - this is a good idea, but often it happens that we spend 1.5h talking and rumouring about our prospects, while loosing structure and not really practicing Sandler at the end. Does anybody have any advice on this and if you have any experience with your Presidents club, could you share your experience and how do you organise this usually?
