People and Culture - specifically colleagues within the sales org and business partners (e.g. product, marketing). Is there a good, collaborative dynamic within the organization?

Personally, I would choose to work for a company with a mediocre product but a company with great people / culture over a company with a great product and mediocre people / culture.

Product pipeline, strong r&d, good bennies (WFH included), no micromanaging and the team communicates/works well together.

1. Culture - if you're happy, you stay.

2. Product - If you have PMF, it's worth staying.

3. Career Advancement - if you can get promoted, stay.

Culture - Hands down. Studies have shown that people are willing to take pay & benefit cuts just to stay at orgs with great culture

Even more than money - People and Culture. Shit I have had so many jobs I can honestly say that beats everything else by a mile. There is nothing better than working in a fun environment, with smart people that have integrity, respect across the board, genuinely nice and transparent executive team and everyone has eyes on the same trophy.

Runner up would be product, seriously selling vaporware is nuts and a product with continuous issues and challenges getting implemented comes with way too many f-ing headaches makes the whole experience not worthwhile.
