Hey Bravaders,
Before I get the shaming-wand (lol) the company I work for uses Salesforce and Outlook... I am used to Gmail email tracker for my personal business and the ones I worked for in the past... since Outlook is local on my PC (the company also use O365...) does anyone know of a good email tracker I could use?
There seem to be one integrated with Salesforce, and even if I am tech savvy, doesn't seem like it is working... They might not have enabled this option or haven't paid for it ( https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=sf.app_for_outlook_setup_inbox_tracking_considerations.htm&type=5) Read receipt is all I seem to find, which is NOT email tracking. I'm talking about that imbedded pixel in the email kind of tracking...
EDITED: I used SF to track emails, IT enabled the feature as they had it available but were not using it. Here is what it looks like.
