Outreach help

I'm trying to get the data on open-rate for the past month and connect rate so I can average them all and figure out when's the best time to send email/call. I can see the graphs for email open date by time but I can't figure out how to export it. I'm googling and looking all over, messing with reports, I can't find shit. Does anyone else know?
