Wow Wow Wow.... Never did I ever, think I would be involved with Customer conversations regarding their Tech Stack and the future state of their company. I guess it comes with the "trusted advisor" territory! haha
This was a fun one for me as I had to brush up quickly about my knowledge in the crypto space as I don't keep up to date as much as I should. We managed to get this win as our foot in the Door to a potentially 3x expansion as soon as Q2 of 2022. Start to finish this was 1 weeks.
Lesson learned for New AEs - Clients appreciate you pushing them to stick to your mutual action plan if you actually have a legit pain point and are delivering value in every conversation to move the needle for them. If you don't have that pain they'll push back and try to extend timelines.
