Your content velocity is off the charts and is overlapping with lots of older posts. Leverage the search function--you'll find some great insight/threads from older posts on similar topics.

I might change my mind in the future, but right now I see no reason to go back to the office. Sure a few times to see colleagues, but we can do lunches or happy hour for that.ย

Nobody likes going back to the office but for certain jobs it's necessary. The way my company operates, work from home is not nearly as efficient as much as I hate to admit it

I'll never interview for another company that wouldn't let me WFH exclusively.ย

Sounds fair! WFH should no longer be a luxury - it should be included in the starter packย

Here in Australia hybrid is happening now. Many companies mandating 60% to 80% in the office. Be interesting to see what happens to those who moved to the country but are now expected in 3 or 4 days a week.ย

Hybrid is best, I like having the choice to WFH and so do others. However, I like the idea of having everyone in the office on the same days 1-2 days a week just to keep up team morale and energy.ย

Hybrid. Nice to not have to commute, dry clean shirts, etc. but Iโ€™m in this sweet spot now where we are permitted to come in if we want, but Iโ€™m the only one doing it, about 2-3 days a week. I have a ton of space there and background silence to make calls against. Contrast that with my wife working from home as well, barking dogs outside, Amazon trucks, chainsaws, or whatever in the neighborhood, so I am digging the versatility at my discretion right now.
