Hello, I'm sure that you all get hit up by recruiters on the reg. Sooo do I. That's fine. I'm open to listening to new opportunities. I feel a disconnect when I speak to the recruiter or first line hiring manager. I'm a passive candidate mind you in this scenario. I'm not looking to discuss/create/relate a territory plan for a company that I am NOT sure I even what to work for in the first place. Sure my qualifications and experience is on the table for discussion but I'm generally not down to prove that I'm ready to wholesale change my job, career and (possibly) industry. Sir or ma'am please answer my questions so there is a level of reciprocity for crying out loud. Am I too salty? Should I just dog-and-pony and get the reconnaissance?
