Patience Test with a Prospect?

Hey Guys,

Sometimes I do experience "No Shows" from prospects who have scheduled a meeting (despite of sending meeting reminder). Many a times I see some prospects not showing up twice or thrice (that elevates my frustration).

How many times do you generally ask the prospect to set-up a meeting (if they have missed for any shit reason) before deading him out? Do you speak with same level of zeal once he shows up (may be on the 3rd time) knowing that this guy doesn't respect time and don't even bother to cancel the meeting when he knows he won't show up?

How may times do you send meeting links to prospects who love "No Shows"?

I coach my team to 2 no shows, by the third its a pretty candid convo asking if this is still a priority as I dont want to waste my time or theres if this is no longer a priority.ย

3 Strikes and you're out.ย  After the second no-show, I suggest a completely opposite meeting time relevant to when we have been scheduling meetings because obviously that time doesn't work.

After that, next! He's not serious enough to care about what you have to say so either work on it or forget about it!!

For me, one pushed meeting or no show means something came up or it was a fake meeting. After two (provided they don't give a legit heads up or reason), I put it on them and send a "this seems to have dropped down your priority list, lmk when it's relevant again" email

I will call them while I sit on the meeting link to remind them to log on.

Never stop.

Eventually the guilt from 2 dozen no-shows will force them to buy.
