I’d say based on your bookings goal you’re fairly compensated. If this is your first year above target, I’d maybe build in a 5-7% pay increase for you on base.

Based on the info provided, I'll just assume you are an SDR hitting 45 meetings a month and also close enterprise sales when the AEs can't get to them. /s

Base should increase at a minimum of 2% annual. Best thing to do is negotiate a 2% raise or CPI increase whatever is higher. Add a cap at like 3.5% so accounting can stop saying no.
