Peer Mentoring advice?

As a more experienced BDR, I've just been assigned a peer mentee, who, in reality only has a few weeks less experience than I do.


How can I use the time usefully? Any ideas about how peers can help each other out instead of wasting time? Has it ever been useful for you?

Do mutual call listening sessions. Listen to one of their calls and give feedback, then listen to one of your calls and listen to feedback.

Agreed. There’s hardware called a y-jack that will let you plug in 2 headsets into one line.

you have to practice, i for years avoided practicing but just realize and accept that you suck, we all suck, but prep and being ready for a call is better then flopping on the call

Also adding to call shadowing. BCC them so they can see how you send emails and engage your customer. 

Can help to show them around your LinkedIn activity.
