Phone plans...

Currently, my company pays for my phone plan... it's not a stipend, but they actually take over the responsibility of my line and I don't see a monthly bill.

I'm about to give my two weeks notice and my next job starts at the end of August.

Has anyone else been in a similar situation and found an easy way to keep their phone activated? Do I buy a burner to use until my new company pickes up my cell phone bill?

Thanks, all!

Just to add some more detail, we have a byod environment, so I own the phone outright.

Yea I'd rather just expense whole/portion of my bill than put that power in their hands.

Look into Google Fi - it's a month to month agreement and you only pay for the data you use. - my average bill is $35-$40 / month. Works with iPhone and Android of course. This could carry you over from one job to the next.

Here is a referral code if you end up going with it. Make sure T-mobile is solid in your area, itโ€™s basically T-mobile service. https://g.co/fi/r/R2RV4H
